Objectives

Regulation, control and application of new technologies have become one of the main discussion issues in international politics. Also, they impose radical changes in working manners of practitioners in this sector. Faced with the lack of periodic information and of quality concerning these issues and with the idea of informing and awaking the consciousness of political leaders as well as citizens on the importance of such issues, INTERNETional Politics was created. The objective is to prevent that new technologies provoke a major imbalance in our societies and intend to use them for the benefit of dialogue, peace and international development. INTERNETional Politics is issued with a clear didactic end, avoiding technicality and with the main objective to serve as an instrument to facilitate the use and understanding of Internet as well as new technologies for foreign policy practitioners.
