this notice, Diplomatic Net, S. L. (here under DIPLOMATICNET) inform Users
of their Internet gateway (here under, "Users" and the "Gateway") about
their policy for protecting personally identifiable information (here under,
"Personal Data"). This way, Users can decide freely wether or not
they want to provide personal identifiable information to DIPLOMATICNET
when required for registration in some services offered by DIPLOMATICNET

Answering the questions on Personal Data are voluntary, unless it is mentioned otherwise. But, unless something else is mentioned, not to answer those questions, implies a loss in quality and quantity in the related services.
