Mailing List: Presentation

The mailing list is the main communication channel between members of the community. It is a kind of multilingual and personalized forum through e-mail dealing with international policy issues and the impact of new technologies. Through this mailing list, one can get informed and inform on different subjects related to foreign policy.
Instruction for use

The process is very simple:
To subscribe to the list, you just have to send an e-mail to subscribe@diplomaticnet.com and introduce in the subject/topic section the word subscribe.
The electronic addresses of members of the Community are gathered in an anonymous list to which an address is given: mailinglist@diplomaticnet.com.
Participants can send their e-mail, always serving general interest, to the previously mentioned address so that all members of the list can receive it. In these e-mail figure the sender's address and the one in the list mentioned hereupon. The addresses of all the members do not figure.

Once an e- mail is received, one has two options: to answer directly the sender or, if the information provided is of general interest, to send the e-mail to the list so it can be diffused to all other members.

This way, the members of the list preserve their anonymity till they decide to send an e-mail to the list.

Users can, at any time, terminate the subscription by sending a message to   unsubscribe@diplomaticnet.com and by introducing in the subject/topic section, the word  unsubscribe.
