General Terms

  1. General Terms.
    a) The collaboration agreement is fixed by a commercial contract, through which co-working persons, research centres, universities, public institutions, associations or firm (hereunder " The collaborator")agree freely with Diplomaticnet (hereunder "The firm") to:

    1. Prepare reports in document format on orders, or to help in the information gathering to carry out the work.
    2. Give acceptable quality of the work.
    3. Respect the delays fixed for report delivery.
    4. Keep confidentiality regarding the entity ordering the work and the contents of the said report.
    5. The co-working entity has the obligation to inform the firm about any changes that might occur during the elaboration of the report.
    6. The co-working entity agrees not to get any personal agreement with the client, during the period when the work ordered thought the firm is carried out.

    b) Regarding reports which amount might exceed 1000 dollars, the firms along with the co-working entity sign an enclosure to the present contract in order to determine special collaboration conditions.

  2. Reports elaboration.
    a) The report's elaboration consists in compiling information , adapt it to the clients necessities and then deliver it in a document format.
    b) Its size will vary according to the order and to its complexity.
    c) The information must be reliable, and must proceed from well documented sources. The presentation of bibliographic references or a list of the URLs where the information was obtained is requested.

    2.1 Quality
    a) The quality of the report must be up to minimum quality standards, such as ideas ordering and clearness. The work is subject of revision on the firm's discretion.
    b) In the case that the minimum quality standards, stated upon are not fulfilled, the firm reserves the right to return the text to the co-worker for a subsequent correction , that has to be delivered back to the firm in not more than three working days.
    c) If after correction, the work does not still fulfil the minimum quality standards, the firms reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the co-worker, without causing any prejudice for any of the parties.

    2.2 Timing
    a) The delivery terms vary according to the order made by the client ( subject, complexity, requirements, ...), and will be fixed on mutual agreement between the co-worker and the firm.
    b) Once the delivery terms are fixed between the two parties, they are considered irrevocable and must be accomplished.
    c) In the case that the delivery term is not respected, the firm reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the co-worker, without causing any prejudice for any of the parties.

    2.3 Budget
    a) The price for the reports will be fixed, in each case by the co-worker and the firm, according to the time needed for the elaboration of the work and according to the field of speciality.
    b) The firm will withhold, from the client , 30% on the total amount of the sale price, as administrative proceedings in order to make the payment, the representation, the intermediation, the revision and the report's mock-up.

    2.4 Confidentiality
    a) The co-worker agrees not to diffuse to third parties any information concerning the entities of those making the order.
    b) The non-respect of the point a) can lead to the termination of the collaboration agreement with the firm and of all obligations towards the co-worker.

  3. Remuneration
    There are two means of payment, according to the total amount to be paid by the client and the number of hours needed to elaborate each report.

    3.1 For orders which amount is inferior or equal to 1000 dollars , the mean of payment will be as follow:
    a) A 20% of the total amount due to the co-worker will be paid once the client deposits in Diplomaticnet's account, the amount respective to the first term , when the work is launched.
    b) The 80% left, will be paid in a maximum of three working days after delivery, and after revising the quality of the report.

    3.2 For reports which amount is superior to 1000 dollars:
    a) Terms of delivery and rates of payment will be determined by the firms and the co-working entity, and will appear in the enclosure of the contract signed between both parties.

  4. Finale provisions
    a) The present contract is submitted to the Spanish jurisdiction.
    b) The sending of the collaboration form implies that the co-working entity agrees on the terms stated in the present contract.
    c) The firms reserves the right to modify , unilaterally, the present contract, without causing any prejudice to the contractual agreement concerning on going works.
