Docunet: Contract
 
These conditions rule the relationship between Diplomatic Net S.L. (Diplomaticnet) and the clients of the consulting Docunet (the client). 
  1. General terms.  
    Docunet is an information service provided by Diplomaticnet to its clients and consist in compilating web sites addresses. The compilation is realized according to the subject requested by the client. Each address is given along with a briefing on what can be found in those web sites. Docunet also provides with a briefing on what can be found on Internet concerning the subject. Docunet has no minimum or maximum number of addresses, the rate is fixed per working hours.

  3. Diplomaticnet guarantees to the client:
    a. Clearness. The client has access to an electronic invoice. Optionally, he can ask for an invoice on paper that can also be sent to him by post, knowing that he will support  post costs. 
    b. Quality. If the client is not satisfied with the delivered work, Diplomaticnet proposes to correct the work freely and submits to a 10% discount on the next order made by the same client.. 
    c. Confidentiality. Diplomaticnet submits not to provide third parties with information on the persons that orders any kind of work. 
    d. Punctuality. If the terms fixed are not fulfilled, Diplomaticnet submits to pay back the price of the order, the sending of the work and a 10% discount on next order. The delivery terms are established as follow: 
     
    i. Docunet Standard 32 working hours 
    ii. Docunet Urgent 16 working hours

    Working hours are from Monday to Friday and from 8 am to 7pm GMT. 
    These delivery terms do not include deliveries by post.  
    Delivery terms are fixed when a confirmation of payment is made by the related banking authority. 
    If the client needs to get more information concerning the accomplishment of the work, delivery terms, or other, the term will be fixed once Diplomaticnet has provided the client with the requested information.



  4. Diplomaticnet is not liable for any misuse or misinterpretation of the information provided in the web sites of the given list. Diplomaticnet makes no warranties on the veracity or accuracy of the information provided in the web sites of the given list.


  5. Diplomaticnet reserves the right to refuse orders. Briefly but not exclusively, here are the reasons of a refusal:
    a. Lack of relevance in the subject with regard to issues in which the Consulting service of Diplomaticnet is specialized. 
    b. Abusive use of correction rights.


  6. Diplomaticnet reserves the right to modify the present contract but without modifying the conditions related to works already ordered and that are submitted to the contractual document established when ordered.

  7. The client that decides to make an order, agrees and acknowledges on the conditions stated in the present contract.

  8. These contractual terms are added to the Terms of Use of the services provided by Diplomaticnet.
